I'm Somesh Kesarla Suresh!
I'm from Bangarpet, a small town in the southern part of India where you can find a wide range of ancient art! I like to draw and scribble and bring my wild thoughts to life with my color pencils. As I started to learn computers and desktop publishing, I fell in love with CorelDRAW and vector art. This pushed me further to craft beautiful experiences during my bachelor's. And the journey continued...
As a typical South-Indian kid, I did my bachelor's in Electronics & communication engineering with IoT. As I started to interact with many more digital systems, I noticed quite some flaws and improvements. Then I started learning more about UX Laws, Heuristics, and many more principles. As my interest grew much higher, I decided to pursue further studies in Human-Computer Interaction at KTH.
I was always excited for technology which pushed me to discover the science behind the delightful experiences of a tech product. With the expensive internet prices in India, I always managed to get some tech magazines to fulfill my thirst for tech knowledge.
Movies and sleep are my best medicines to recharge my creative energy. I was brought up by speaking in 4-5 different Indian languages since childhood. That enabled me to watch many multi-lingual movies inspiring me to become a better person and a designer.

I was born in Krishnagiri, the district famous for mangoes 😋, and was brought up in Bangarpet, the town famous for Panipuri (it’s a delicious Indian snack 😍). I love to draw cartoons and bring things to life with my creativity since my childhood. As I was exposed more to computers and I started to learn the legendary graphic design tool “Corel DRAW”. And I started to love how beautiful experiences were crafted for the mobile, tablet, and computers...
As a typical South-Indian kid, I did my bachelor’s in engineering (Electronics & Communication), but had a passion for design, colors, and aesthetics. I started to teach myself about UX Laws, Heuristics, and many more principles. Then, decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design!
I’ve been a huge fan of the latest tech and tech news right from 2014. And, Digit and Chip magazines were the only source for me because the internet was expensive :P
I have Digit’s physical collection from 2015 and digital collection from 2001 until 2021.
My parents are from two different Indian states (Karnataka & Tamil Nadu), and we speak Telugu at my home. So, we used to watch many movies from 4-5 Indian languages right from my childhood. And, that habit carried on with me as I grew.
